The Reference Group is progressing work against six distinct workstreams:

• Land Tenure and Master Planning
• Essential Services and Infrastructure
• Economic Development and Transition
• Community and Government Services
• Yolngu and Ŋäpaki Together
• Town Governance and Local Government

These workstreams align with the key priorities identified by Traditional Owners in the Traditional Owners’ Vision PDF (2.1 MB).

Work is well advanced to address, as early as possible, uncertainty across future land tenure, town planning and essential services to encourage new investment, industry growth and jobs creation.
